Month-Of Wedding Coordinating
Our services begin six weeks before your wedding, ensuring every detail is seamlessly executed so you can enjoy the moments that matter most. Here’s how we take the stress off your plate:
- Hotel Accommodations – If you haven’t secured a hotel, we’ll handle booking your room blocks for the wedding weekend.
- Vendor Communication – We’ll connect with all your vendors and take over as the main point of contact, so you and your family can relax.
- Planning Support – You’ll have two one-hour calls and a site visit to address any outstanding questions or concerns.
- Custom Layouts – We’ll create a to-scale floor plan for your ceremony and reception to ensure a flawless setup.
A signed contract and a $1250 retainer is required to secure services with VJE for your wedding date. Final payment will be due one week before the wedding date.
- Wedding Day Execution – From vendor check-ins to timeline management, we keep everything running smoothly.
- Personal Details – We’ll set up all your meaningful items—guest book, cake topper, personal photos, bar signs, and more.
- Dedicated Presence – Most importantly, we’ll be by your side, supporting you, your family, and your wedding party throughout the day.
